Jeanine Perzan

As Vice President, Strategic Relationships at LMC Group, Jeanine Perzan leads the firm’s efforts to build meaningful, long-term partnerships across the financial services ecosystem. Her work centers on supporting financial advisory teams and professional partners in delivering a pension-style approach to asset management for their clients, including the integration of Individual Pension Plans (IPPs) and other long-term, sustainable planning solutions.

Jeanine brings a relationship-first approach shaped by years of experience working closely with financial advisors and advisory teams across wealth management and business development. She is known for her ability to connect strategy with execution, foster trust across professional networks, and help advisors implement repeatable, client-centric solutions that drive consistent, measurable results.

Outside of work, Jeanine is an avid hiker who recharges by spending time in the mountains. She is passionate about raising mental health awareness and is actively involved in volunteering throughout the community.
