Bill is a leading expert in retirement plan design, modeling and funding for executives and business owners. He has over 30 years experience as a consulting actuary; most of which was obtained with two of the largest worldwide actuarial consulting firms and one of the big “4” accounting firms. Bill has authored several articles and papers on business owner/executive retirement plan design and financing.
Bill received a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Calgary. He is a Fellow of Canadian Institute of Actuaries and Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and spent 10 years as an examiner for the Society of Actuaries.
